1. Data controller

The 法驾通 application is published by Delphin JEANNET, entrepreneur individuel (EI) trading under the business name Djavrok — SIREN 109 265 660, SIRET 109 265 660 00018, RCS Versailles, APE 58.29C —, whose registered address is 6 rue Charles Infroit, 78570 Andrésy, France. 2. Data collected

We collect the following data:

• Email address: used to create and authenticate your account.
• Usage data: statistics from practice sessions and mock exams (scores, topics studied, saved questions). This data is stored in your personal space and is not shared.
• Subscription data: managed by the Apple App Store and RevenueCat. We have no access to your payment card details.

3. Purpose of processing

The data collected is used solely to:

• Operate the service (authentication, saving your progress)
• Manage your subscription
• Reply to you if you contact us via the contact form

4. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on the performance of the service contract you accepted when registering, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Data retention

Your data is retained for the entire period during which you use the service. If you delete your account, all your personal data and statistics are permanently deleted from our servers. Subscription data retained by RevenueCat and Apple is subject to their own retention policies, in particular to allow purchases to be restored. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription: you must cancel it separately in your App Store account settings.

6. Data sharing

Your data is not sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared only with:

• Firebase (Google): data hosting, authentication and server-side processing (Cloud Functions)
• RevenueCat: subscription management
• Apple App Store: payment processing
• Resend: sending transactional emails (replies to the contact form)
• Expo (EAS Update): distribution of application updates, processing of technical device data

Some of these providers (Firebase/Google, RevenueCat, Resend, Expo) are based in the United States and may process your data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. These providers are subject to their own privacy policies.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your personal data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure (delete your account from within the application)
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing
• Right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the competent supervisory authority in France, if you consider that your rights are not being respected (www.cnil.fr)

8. Security

Your data is stored on the secure servers of Firebase (Google Cloud). Access to your account is protected by your password. We recommend using a strong password and not sharing it.

9. Cookies and trackers

The mobile application does not place cookies. No advertising trackers are used.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. You will be notified of any substantial change. Continued use of the application after notification constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
